Returns and Exchange Policy (Retail and Online)
At Anadolshops, your satisfaction is guaranteed. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will accept returns within seven (7) days from the date of receipt or home delivery. Returns and exchanges are subject to the following terms and conditions:
For returns and exchanges:

Accessories and Personal Care:
– Returns are accepted if the product is unpacked or has a manufacturing defect when opened. Returns are not accepted if the product is opened and in good working condition.
Hard Goods:
• The product must be in the same condition as the customer received it (unopened, with the original packaging, including accessories, user manual, warranty cards, and brand seals).
• For ICT products, returns are not allowed if the product has already been activated by the customer.
The product must be accompanied by the original sales invoice for return or exchange.
The product must be unused and unopened, with all original packaging materials, accessories, manuals, registration cards, free products (FOC), and promotional vouchers.
Returns and exchanges do not apply:
• If the packaging is incomplete or the product is damaged or scratched.
• For customized/specially ordered products, cable/wire parts,
• If the online activation code has been scratched or redeemed.
• If the device has an activation lock/password, such as Find My iPhone (FMIP), Find My Mobile (FMM), or Find My Device (FMD).
• If VAT has been refunded on the invoice.
Restocking Fee:
If the packaging is dirty or opened and the product is not defective, unused or without visible scratches, the product will be accepted back with a restocking fee as follows:
• For Apple brand products: Minimum 25% or as per applicable standards
• For other brands: Minimum 15% or as per applicable standards
• For large/medium home appliances and large panels, a restocking fee will be applied after review by the authorized service partner.
Products that do not work or do not arrive at their destination (DOA):
Products that are damaged upon arrival or do not work according to the manual will be replaced or returned after being checked by Anadolu Shop staff or the manufacturer’s authorized service center.
This process may take up to four business days.
Important Data and Information:
Anadolu Shop is not responsible for the transfer of any data from the returned products or the loss of any data stored on the returned product.
Refunds:
• Products purchased through credit/debit cards will be refunded only to the same card used for the transaction.
• Refunds will be provided for purchases made through cards.
• Refunds will be processed within 7 to 14 business days after the return is completed.
Non-Refundable Charges:
Service, delivery and installation charges are non-refundable once the customer acknowledges the same.
Inspection:
Customers must inspect the products before signing the Proof of Delivery (POD). Any product reported as damaged after signing the POD will not be eligible for return or warranty claims.
Extended Warranty/Damage Protection Plans:
Can be returned if the product is returned within the manufacturer’s warranty period, and the decision of the store management is final.
Return and Exchange Policy (Market)
For market products, customers must contact Anatolia Shops on the number, or email us at anadolshops@gmail.com, or WhatsApp us on +971581040868. Market products cannot be exchanged or returned in Anatolia Shops stores.
Market Product Conditions:
• Products must be unopened and sealed..
• Products that arrive damaged or do not work according to the manual will be exchanged or returned after verification by the seller. This process may take up to seven working days.
Inspection:
Customers must inspect the products before signing the Proof of Delivery (POD) document. Any product reported as damaged after signing the Proof of Delivery document will not be eligible for return or warranty claims.
Return and Exchange Policy (Open Box/Display Units)
Anadolu Shop’s standard return, exchange and warranty policy does not apply to opened and displayed products. Defective products must be returned to any Anadolu Shop store within seven (7) days of purchase after inspection by authorized personnel.
Warranty:
A six-month warranty applies to open boxes and display units purchased from Anadolu Shops. The warranty becomes invalid if the product has been tampered with, opened or shows signs of physical or liquid damage.
Important Information:
If customers are found to be abusing the return policy by making excessive returns, returning items in non-original condition, or repeatedly canceling orders, Anadolu Shop reserves the right to issue warnings, impose restrictions, or terminate customer accounts as necessary.
