Cash on Delivery

General Terms:
• Cash on Delivery (COD) is applicable as a payment method for products sold by Anatol Shop and selected sellers
• In addition to any shipping charges, customers are required to pay a non-refundable convenience fee of AED 10 for Cash on Delivery.
• There is a maximum limit of AED 5,000 for orders made using Cash on Delivery.
• After selecting Cash on Delivery as a delivery method, the customer will receive an SMS/IVR call to confirm delivery. The order will be held for the next 6 hours until the customer confirms the order. After that, the system will automatically cancel unconfirmed orders and send the communication to the customer.
• Our designated courier representative will contact the customer and give a scheduled range of time on the delivery day where they will be able to deliver the order and collect payment.
• If the order is undeliverable (where the courier has made attempts to deliver, but either was refused or the delivery could not be made), the courier representative will cancel the order and return the order to anadolshops. The customer is allowed to return the order only once with a maximum of two (2) business days.
• The customer must pay the specified order amount upon delivery. The shipping company will not accept any other payment method such as (non-cash) cash during the delivery of the product.
• The customer must check the condition of the product for any tampering before accepting the order. However, customers are not allowed to open the order until the value of the product and expenses are delivered to the delivery representative.

Returns and Cancellations
If the product arrives dead/defective
If your product is defective or not in working condition due to a defect in the product or does not work as it is supposed to – you can still return it. You can visit any anadolshops store with your invoice and hand over the product to the customer service desk. We will then hand over the product to the seller. The seller will check the complaint and see if it is genuine. After confirming them, we will process the refund to your credit card.
Within 7 days of receiving the product(s):
If you wish to return the product after receiving it, you have up to seven (7) days to do so, as long as the product is in the same condition as you received it and with its original packaging intact.
We understand that sometimes you may change your mind about a product you purchased, if you still can cancel your order after making the purchase online and have not received the product yet. If you have paid through electronic means (credit card Or debit and other payment cards), the money will be refunded, but due to individual card providers, the amount may take time to reflect on your card statement.
In all cases, you can contact our customer service team through the Contact Us page to return an item or request a refund.
The item will be checked for packaging conditions and if it is still in a saleable condition, the money will be refunded to you.
After 7 days of receipt of the item(s):
If there is nothing wrong with the item and you just want to return it, please note that some individual sellers do not accept returns after three (3) days, although we can contact the seller on your behalf to try to arrange such a return, but this depends on their acceptance and policies.
Refund
In the event of an attempted delivery, the shipping fee will be deducted from the amount, but you will receive a refund for the balance. This fee will be waived if the item is not as advertised, is defective or does not work as advertised.
